Job TitleCompliance Officer Quality AgreementsJob Description

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Supports improvements in the purchasing control requirements to suppliers through the review and alignment of the Supplier Quality Agreements
  • Ensures improvement in the integration and validation of purchasing procedures with supporting IT and data applications for effective operationalization
  • Participates in the improvement of the supplier quality agreement process, updates templates and legal reviews
  • Actively monitors supplier quality metrics, quality agreements with critical suppliers, and quality of supplier records and drives supplier quality management review with relevant stakeholder
  • Use a scalable approach and continually benchmark against industry leads and regulatory requirements

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Supplier Quality Engineering and/or Procurement
  • 7+ years of experience working in a regulated industry, preferably medical device
  • Experience writing, negotiating, and/or maintaining supplier contracts
  • Experience analyzing and managing large amounts of data and ensuring accuracy
  • Experience with quality management systems, including writing and revising procedures
  • Minimal travel required: less than 5%
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
