Will consider M-F 4 days/week 9:00 am-6:00 pm or 5 days/week 9:00-5:00 pm, no rounding, no nursing homes

On Call /Weekend Requirements:
Shared call; currently 1:2, but once fully staffed will be 1:4. Phone call/consults, no call back.

  • The selected candidate will join two experienced Family Medicine physician. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family.

  • ACO clinical wraparound support services
  • Innetwork specialist referral
  • Point of care lab on site
  • 9 exam rooms; 3 per doc
  • 2 FT physicians at office w/RN for triage; 3 MA's, 1 for every physician
  • Paper charts; trying to move towards EPIC EMR
  • Accepting new graduate candidates

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field)
  • PA license (or willing to obtain)
  • DEA (or able to obtain)
