Doing the E2E Support including Troubleshooting of The Manhattan WMS application.

Incident /Problem Management in SNOW for WMS Tickets Installing / configuring the warehouses Printers scanners and other devices / resources in WMS.

User Access Management (Onboarding changes password management Offboarding's etc ) WMS Alert Management configure and take corrective actions for alerts ( System application Network AMQ etc) System admin tasks like restart WMS application services adding more resources optimizing performance ensuring availability etc Write the small SQL queries to update the data issues reset flags /Update XMLs as needed in WMS application Perform Planned/unplanned maintenance involving - patches AMQ upgrades SDN deployments Db upgrades ( with help of SQL dba) Write small queries to fetch update WMS Data in the database Able to coordinate and support WMS integrating applications
  • Proship and Integration with Cardex ( with the hep of Cardex / proship Support resources ) Functional support and helping business users to perform day to day transactions Write / Update SOP's in Service Now whenever required.
Perform internal training for internal front-end application support resources Provide Oncall & weekend
