Duties
  • Review requests for procurement of equipment, services and/or construction.
  • Identify potential suppliers, assure adequate competition and prepare solicitations for review.
  • Review and analyze bids for responsiveness and bidders for responsibility and recommend award of contracts.
  • Review and monitor the administration of the contract post award.
  • Prepare final documentation of the negotiation process.
