For our Distribution Center in Brookshire, TX, we are searching for a Warehouse Manager with experience in Distribution or Manufacturing. The role reports directly to Director, Regional Distribution and is part of the regional management team. The main responsibilities are to ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.



Major Areas of Accountability

  • Drive daily backlog free operation in all areas in order to meet agreed KPIs
  • People Management
  • Manage direct employees
  • Apply Coloplast leadership to promise to lead and develop people
  • Give planning input to budget of all warehousing & logistics cost
  • Continuously monitor and improve cost and performance development
  • Ensure that the cost related procedures are following Corporate policies and local rules
  • Contribute to business case calculations on request
  • Ensure continuous improvement process
  • Identify and develop detailed concepts for operational improvements
  • Support GO/GD strategies
  • Sustain Quality & EHS requirements
  • Support carrier management

  • Other job duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and/or related field
  • Sound experience in managing people
  • Fluent command in English and Spanish in speaking and writing
  • Good communication skills, including the mastering state-of-the-art presentation tools
  • 10 years experience in leading people
