Role Overview: As an Acquisitions Surveyor working with our confidential client in Indianapolis, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties for our client's real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys, analyzing market data, and negotiating property acquisitions to support our client's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the Acquisitions Surveyor:

• Conduct comprehensive surveys and evaluations of potential properties, considering factors such as location, zoning regulations, environmental impact, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess property suitability and feasibility for acquisition.
• Utilize industry tools and resources to gather relevant data and insights to inform decision-making.
• Perform financial analysis, including cost estimations, return on investment (ROI) calculations, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our client.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, including property inspections, title searches, and legal reviews, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide strategic recommendations and insights.

Qualifications of the Acquisitions Surveyor:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, property management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles, including property valuation, zoning regulations, and legal considerations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in surveying and documentation.
• Proficiency in industry software and tools, such as GIS, MS Excel, and property management databases.
