Immigration Paralegal

Since 2006, Goldberg and Associates has built a steadfast reputation of success in immigration law.We are growing and are looking for a passionate and driven experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our USCIS team.Under the direction of the COO and Legal Program Manager the Paralegal II will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation, evidence packages, declarations; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact-checking; and trial preparation.The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable multi-tasking with proven success in preparing Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, and waivers forms.Preparation of USCIS forms, evidence list and legal memos and letters for Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, I-601A, I-601, I-212, I-237h waivers.Conduct research on immigration law and procedures;At least 3 years experience as an Immigration Paralegal exclusively with EOIR, asylum, and USCIS cases, including waivers and cancellation of removalsProficiency in Arabic language preferred
