This position will be located in Denver, CO. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Responsible for the full Treasury function and management of Treasury strategies, operations and policies. This will include but not be limited to cash management/forecasting and investments, manage banking and other capital market relationships, determine and execute capital markets activity, identify, recommend and manage financing/debt alternatives, debt compliance, manage/mitigate foreign exchange risk, payment processing, risk management, tax planning and special projects.

• Manages all investment and commercial banking relationships; determines, implements and manages required credit, banking, corporate card and cash management processes, services and resources.
• Structures, negotiates and manages all corporate debt facilities and covenants. Accurately forecasting and reporting liquidity needs, interest income, expense and related items.
• Responsible for the determination of appropriate financing strategies and capital structures.
• Manages and directs corporate cash control and investment, develops and implements applicable policies.
• Risk management across all key financial and non-financial areas to help us identify, safeguard, and protect against possible current and future threats

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related discipline. MBA or advanced degree in Finance strongly preferred. CTP or CFA a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury or accounting, with a minimum of five years in corporate treasury as well as management experience.
• Knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance and tax.
• Knowledge of international banking and capital markets.
• Experience working with public companies and understand how SEC reporting, SOX compliance and GAAP impact the treasury function.
• Hands-on, self-starter with strong business/common sense.
• Goal-oriented and possesses the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, organization and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, Board members, Committee members or other outside partners.
• Demonstrated team leadership, facilitation skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
