Order Builder (2nd Shift)

Location: San Antonio, TX

Shift: 2nd Shift (Sun: 2 PM - Finish, Mon - Thurs: 7 PM - Finish)

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Description: We are seeking hardworking and dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, moving, and working at a fast pace for 8-12 hours a day. Candidates must be willing to work hard and understand the physical requirements of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move products to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Meet productivity requirements and stage completed pallets in the designated area.
• Perform daily tasks with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of general work experience.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs. above shoulder height without assistance.
• Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Safety Requirements:

• All workers will be subjected to temperature monitoring prior to entering the facility.
• Face covering is required at all times while at the facility.
• Proper safety footwear is mandatory (steel toe, puncture-resistant sole, and provide above the ankle protection).
• Foot Protection must meet ANSI Z41-compliant or local country-equivalent standards and Safety Footwear Specifications: Puncture Resistant (Kevlar bottom), Class 75 protective toe, Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35/higher, and a minimum of 6" inches or higher.

Attire:

• Non-Logo Tee Shirt in Red, Black, or Grey.
• Non-Logo Baseball Cap (if applicable).
• Steel toe boots as specified.

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
