This opportunity is a hybrid office model in Omaha, Nebraska. If not willing to relocate, must be willing to travel 1 week/month to this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, configure and enhance sap finance and costing solution: master data, transactional and reporting, ricefw leading the design, development, test, & production of sw tools/applications including application integrations between software tools
  • Implementing best practices for developing maintainable production ready software products
  • Performing application configuration changes to realize the software/process vision you & the team have created
  • Generating & managing product roadmaps/project plans that define & communicate and deliver on the future projected system/business capabilities
  • Coordinating & collaborating across multi-discipline/multi-organizational teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit requirements, & operational requirements
  • Participating in daily operations required to support customer needs (change control, support tickets, user training, etc)
  • Creating & maintaining comprehensive software documentation including, but not limited to: software requirements, software user guides, & software test plans

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing & supporting solutions in SAP S/4 Hana or SAP ECC. Need expertise in areas of FICO with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business outcomes
  • 4-8 years of experience with FICO area
  • 1-2 implementations with S/4 Hana architecture necessary, knowledge of ABAP de-bugging
  • 3+ years experience with identifying, troubleshooting, & designing the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective & programs are supported to achieve success.
  • 1+ years with Jira and leading stand-ups
  • 2+ years with Agile development methods & scrum experience
  • Experience designing & developing maintainable production applications.
  • Ability to create, communicate, track & execute plans in a team environment
  • Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative environment, emphasizing rapid prototyping & fielding of capabilities

NOTE: This opportunity is a hybrid office model in Omaha, Nebraska. Must be onsite day 1 and willing to be in the office 3-4 days a week
