A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's ongoing effort to provide exceptional guest service and financial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
  • Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and more
  • Greet guests warmly
  • Report maintenance issues
  • Stock and organize supply rooms
  • Handle deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and fulfilling guest requests
