Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a renowned property consultancy on the hire of a Graduate Town Planner for their team in Chelmsford.
This is a permanent position.The planning team in Chelmsford advise and guide clients through the various, and often complex, aspects of the planning process.
These include applications and appeals, compulsory purchase and compensation, regeneration and urban design, economics, heritage appraisals and strategy, legal agreements and infrastructure payments, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and environment, and planning policy.
The company has planning teams across the UK and a large planning team to bounce off of and grow with.
The team work with various clients on projects in a number of sectors so the successful Graduate Town Planner can expect a variety of work.
