This position serves as the Project Portfolio Lead for Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC). The role focusses on creating value by governing the ATSC portfolio process. Provides a strong linkage between ATSC Portfolio functions and Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) Portfolio Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive effective portfolio management through establishment, deployment, and maintenance of robust governance process
  • Measure, monitor, and review ATSC portfolio health (capital investments and operating expenses)
  • Ensure the Project Portfolio is aligned with the Strategic Priorities
  • Own the Portfolio Governance Process (Intake, Prioritization, Approval process, Portfolio Performance)
  • Serve as the portfolio expert by compiling project accomplishments/milestones, reporting portfolio health, and conducting data analysis as needed for key governance and stakeholder forums.
  • Continuously monitor and provide visibility of the project pipeline, communicate approval/execution statuses, and highlight and escalate project execution risks.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of portfolio data in Planisware.
  • Drive continuous process improvements within the Portfolio team.
  • Lead the organization throughout the Business Plan (BP), June Update (JU), November Update (NU) and Long-Range Financial Plan (LRFP) cycles.
  • Maintain Planisware data integrity and robustness as one source of truth.
