Transportation team in any of our four Wisconsin offices. You will have

Engineer, your days will be spent: Developing and maintaining project
schedules using Primavera P6 software Collaborating with project
managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project
requirements and constraints Analyzing project scope, milestones, and
deliverables to create an accurate project schedule Identifying critical
path activities and potential schedule risks Monitoring project progress
and update schedules accordingly, ensuring alignment with project
objectives and deadlines Preparing schedule reports, including progress
reports, variance analysis, and forecast reports Conducting schedule
impact assessments for proposed changes and provide recommendations for
mitigating schedule delays Coordinating with project teams to resolve
scheduling conflicts and optimize resource utilization Staying updated
on industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies
and scheduling tools Participating in project meetings and communicate
schedule updates and recommendations to stakeholders effectively



OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel from day one,

you\'ll need:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an
accredited university or related field 3+ years of project scheduling
and planning in the civil engineering industry Proficiency in using
Primavera (Oracle) P6 software to develop, manage, and analyze project
schedules Strong understanding of project management principles,
methodologies, and best practices Excellent knowledge of project
scheduling techniques, including critical path method (CPM), resource
leveling, and schedule risk analysis Ability to interpret project
specifications, drawings, and other technical documentation to develop
accurate schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
to identify schedule risks, analyze impacts, and propose mitigation
strategies Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets
to identify trends and patterns Effective communication skills, both
verbal and written, to interact with project teams, stakeholders, and
clients Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project
teams to gather information, resolve conflicts, and achieve project
objectives A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to
worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences To be legally
authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations,
restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where th
