The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting a variety of partnerships with the goal of engaging a new audiences, nurturing our core consumer and building the NOBULL brand. Responsibilities include the NOBULL gym program, fitness related partnerships, and in the future will include other initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a comprehensive Gym affiliation program that allows NOBULL to create micro-marketing communities, drive revenue, and expand NOBULL's reach in a variety of training communities.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the gym program.
  • Be the face of NOBULL for each partner gym.
  • Manage the execution and activation of delegated partnership agreements and initiatives, ensuring that all parties receive value and deliverables. These partnerships will include in-person and virtual training "spaces", training brands, and gym management software platforms.
  • Assist in the exploration of future partnerships, ensuring brand alignment, growth and advocacy as NOBULL enters new ventures and evolution in the next 3-5 years.
  • Support the analyzation of the performance and impact of partnerships, using data and insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to identify and execute incremental marketing opportunities to amplify partnership(s).
  • Provide on-site support and leadership of activations .
  • Proactively lead the scheduling of internal and external meetings, assist with presentations, organize key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on program and partnership initiatives and objectives. Ensure all NOBULL products to are delivered to partners on time and on budget with minimal disruption to NOBULL operations.
  • Support NOBULL non-profit efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Experience working with sports marketing or marketing.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Takes ownership of work and output.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty.
  • High energy and a can-do attitude, forward thinking, Resourceful and Proactive, Team Player.
