Required Qualifications:
Board CertifiedCompletion of medical degree and residency/fellowship training in Vascular SurgeryMD/DO with certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties ABMS board in physicians primary specialty.Service Line/Position Highlights:Part of a large multispecialty cardiology & vascular clinic with integrated wound care, bariatrics, and endocrinology (94 providers total)Vascular surgery team: 2 full-time physicians; 2 part-time physicians; 4 advanced practice providersSiemens hybrid lab with Zeego system, standard OR with new GE portable fluoroscopy with high resolution vascular packageTentative plans for OBL/ASC (office-based lab/ambulatory surgery center) in outpatient facility40/60 ratio endovascular to openPhysician assistant support with endoscopic vein harvesting skills, cath lab skills, and patient care skillsIndependent referral base in addition to in-clinic referrals20-year legacy of board-certified vascular surgeons providing servicesYou Can Expect:$550k-$750k compensation range$20k in upfront bonusesUp to $100k in student loan repaymentUp to $10k in relocation assistanceUp to $7,500 CME AllowanceMatching 403(b) (100% match up to 3%)Health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as supplemental optionsMalpractice insurance covered224 hours of allowable time offPhysician Compensation & BenefitsCompensation Package will include:Malpractice403(b) and 457(b) tax deferred savings plan; Immediate vested employer contribution matchHealth benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental)IncentivesProduction premiumsSign-on bonusCME - $7,500 with 5 days for CME in addition toAllowable Time off 224 hours or 5.5 weeksUp to 100k in student loan repaymentUp to $10,000 in relocation assistanceOpportunities for leadership and advancementAs a nonprofit organization, Centra employees may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness programRequired QualificationsBC/BEMD/DONew grad or experiencedAbout Centra Medical GroupCentra Medical Group (CMG) is comprised of 500+ Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers and serves over 250,000 central and southern Virginians.
