DESCRIPTION:

Your typical day could look like developing on the many projects already on the go at the lab, including City Sights or Solos. Our main focus in application development is Solos at the moment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

There are several projects already on the go and you can put your coding imprint on the production code bases
Foster a culture that encourages individual decision-making and self - governance & sustainability.
Support frequent and effective feedback within the organization.
Handle criticisms with grace
Stack: RubyOnRails (RoR), Jira, MeisterTask, CI/CD GitLab

WHAT TO EXPECT:

You are expected to deliver code
You have 5+ years experience coding
You possess extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.

Bachelors or Masters in an Engineering related field, and / or relevant work experience
