We are currently seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our team on a Full time basis, working a Weekend Option schedule that offers premium pay every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Position Highlights

Provide direct nursing care based on individual care plans
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of resident information and care provided
Enjoy manageable workloads and excellent staffing ratios
Benefit from a comprehensive 2-week orientation program for new hires
Work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-hour shifts on Nights

Location:
Breton Rehab Campus | th St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512

Potential Floating Locations:
Raybrook Manor and/or Trillium Woods, Faith Hospice

Hours of Work: 6:30pm - 7am

Weekly Scheduled Hours: 36 hours

Weekend Requirement:
Every weekend

Qualifications and Requirements:
A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
