Lutherhaven Ministries is currently hiring Program Staff for our Idaho Servant Adventures (ISA) program. ISA brings hundreds of youth from around the country to engage in simple, significant service and awesome outdoor adventures Serve alongside youth during our community work projects and lead on-site Day Camp programs. Spend the afternoons facilitating the zipline, natural rockwall, tubing, and more.

This program focuses on youth leadership and faith development and is a great opportunity to take part in relational ministry. For the right person, there is an adventure lead designation (female) where responsibilities are centered more around leading recreational activities for junior high and high school-aged campers.

  • Dates: May 25th - August 17th, 2024 (opportunities to extend employment into fall).
  • Base pay - $375 per week (varies up for experience, position, and responsibility) + meals and housing (valued at $275 per week).
