Responsibilities
  • Review project plans and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing of scope of work

  • Assist with post-bid buyouts and subcontractor meetings
  • Ensure compliance with diversity requirements
Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs and methods
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in estimating software
  • Willingness to travel for project bids
