Orthopedic spine experience, and personal injury experience a plus.

As a Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office.

You will support patients, doctors and staff through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.

You must be able to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Personal Injury Experience is REQUIRED Responsibilities Must be reliable Friendly and outgoing Organize and schedule appointments Update and file medical records and patient charts in the EHR.

Chart preparation Scanning, faxing, uploading and emailing documents Arrange and send imaging orders, labs, booking sheets Retrieve Imaging Reports, medical records etc.

Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Skills Superior attention to detail Proven working experience as a Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Orthopedic Spine experience a plus Personal Injury experience a plus Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Scanning, faxing, uploading and emailing documents Efficiency in scheduling patients Social perceptiveness and patient oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency with Mac, in MS Office and patient management software / EHR Job Type:
