Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $66800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities Develop content, concepts, and plans for temporary exhibits and new permanent installations

Create marketing content and communication, leveraging understanding of our target markets

Provide a clear narrative voice that is consistent across exhibits and standardize marketing communication tone and voice across channels

Stay updated on relevant health and safety issues with design implementations and adhere to ADA requirements when necessary

Collaborate with graphic design, technology, and project management on interpretation on graphic technology and interpretive elements of each exhibition or installation

Qualifications College degree in English or related field preferred; similar work experience may substitute

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of exhibit content development; a general background in consumer communication or museum studies combined with knowledge of the exhibit topics and experiential objectives may be substituted

English, journalism, or editorial experience preferred

Experience with topical research and Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of graphic design preferred
