Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The candidate's primary activity will be to participate in technical teams involved with the design, analysis, verification, test, and manufacture of antenna systems at BAE Systems. The candidate will create new or modify existing antenna designs using full wave analysis software (HFSS, FEKO) under the direction of a senior design engineer. This engineer will also supervise the fabrication of the design and it's testing in the appropriate antenna chamber or antenna test range. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction and seek out domain expertise as needed for the success of the project. Additional duties may include production antenna support to include supervising the acceptance test sell-off of BAE Systems products. Experience with requirements flow down as well as traceability within the larger system is a plus.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in related engineering field and 4 years hands on experience.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction and seek out domain expertise as needed for the success of his project.
  • Experience with requirements flow down as well as traceability within the larger system is a plus.
  • MS Office proficient
  • MATLab proficient
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High-Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) or equivalent experience
  • Antenna Design, Analysis and Test preferred
  • Secret/SAP/SAR Clearance highly preferred


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $152460

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
