Duties
  • Incumbent responsible for exercising technical expertise in a variety of complex land/realty transactions in all or several of the following areas: lands/realty case work, planning systems, compliance, environmental analysis, Field Office's budget.
  • Incumbent responsible for exercising technical expertise in a variety of complex land/realty transactions in all or several of the following areas: lands/realty case work, planning systems, compliance, environmental analysis, Field Office's budget.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and processing information, and making defensible recommendations on a wide variety of complex and controversial lands and realty actions.
  • Lands and realty actions include: rights-of-ways, communication sites, land acquisition and disposal, Recreation and Public Purposes (RPP) actions, exchanges, permits, leases, withdrawals, and trespass.
  • Determining land ownership and status, reviewing applications and plans of development, conducting field examinations, and establishing and maintain case files.
  • Preparing lands and realty information for planning documents, plan amendments, and plan maintenance.
