Job Description Come join an incredible team that works together to support the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile program. The THAAD program is a Legacy program for BAE Systems and has been around for 20+ years and will be in the manufacturing phase for another 10+ years (at least). This program is combat proven and serves a critical role to protect the United States and its allies - and we need your help to continue to accomplish this mission.We are actively hiring for a 2ND SHIFT operator to support our fine/gross clean operations. This role will support the critical drumbeat for downstream operations and enable our time delivery to our customer.
The role is focused on second shift (4/10 schedule - 3pm-1am) at the Nashua, NH facility and offers flexible start times to align with the needs of the Manufacturing organization. Does this sound like a role for you? Apply today and come join the teamRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
- An ability to work with large complex builds and possess good manual dexterity requiring the use of both hands
- An ability to read and interpret work instructions
- 2nd Shift: 3pm -1am
- Currently possess a secret clearance
- A strong candidate will be able to:
- Comfortably use the computer
- An ability to read step-by-step work instructions from the computer
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $87340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
