Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.
Essential Functions
- Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.
- Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
- Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
- Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.

Minimum Education
- High School Graduate Required
- Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program preferred
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- ASPT or ASCP certification preferred
- 1 month phlebotomy experience preferred.
