About us:
We are a expanding our Cannabis company in Boring, OR.

Our facility is a T-2 all indoor grow that is currently halfway to our full capacity of 25,000 square feet.

Vertically integrated with our own dispensary in the Portland area.

We are looking for a garden team member to help maintain the current operation and that would like to grow with us as we expand in the future.

Job Summary:

Looking for a garden worker with a positive attitude that is self-motivated and looking to push themselves to achieve more while striving for excellence every day, both physically and mentally.

Opportunities to advance for highly motivated and competitive workers as the organization grows.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leaf picking
• Cleaning of rooms and general cleaning
• Transplant and room move
• Bucking of the dry plants for trimming
• Cloning and veg. room work
• Team player in any impromptu project

Education/Experience:

• No experience/education needed, but previous garden experience is a plus. Team organization and leadership skills a plus. Must be able to get an OLCC workers permit or currently have one. Must be 21+

Wages:

• Pay rate based on experience, $19-20/DOE
• Medical benefits offered
