We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in COBOL JCL VSAM CICS IT Service Management and IBM Mainframe Utilities. Additionally experience in Asset and Wealth Management is mandatory. The candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing technical projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Responsibilities:


• Lead the development and maintenance of mainframe applications using COBOL JCL VSAM and CICS.


• Oversee the implementation of IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.


• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve complex issues and challenges.


• Ensure the integration of IBM Mainframe Utilities in project workflows to optimize performance and reliability.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Asset and Wealth Management projects.


• Develop and execute project plans ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.


• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.


• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.


• Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to ensure successful outcomes.


• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities.


• Utilize problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.


• Possess strong expertise in COBOL JCL VSAM and CICS.

The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
