Duties- You will utilize blueprints, sketches, and work documents to plan and execute the sequence of work tasks.
- You will ensure workers on your supervision have the necessary plans, procedures, blueprints, instructions, tools, etc. to perform their work operations.
- You will maintain computer records of expended man hours and closing out jobs when complete.
- You will ensure safe work practices and good housekeeping while assuring timely tool, equipment, material, and procedure availability.

My experience includes working at journey level by performing tasks such as: plan or layout, fabricate and install insulation on enclosures and structures; fabricate molded sections of insulation by cutting, fitting parts, and cementing them together; assemble and form bulk insulation to cover irregular shaped surfaces. Additionally, I have led others by performing such tasks as passing on instructions from supervisors; getting work started; setting the pace; demonstrating proper work methods; seeing that plans, materials, and tools are available; answering questions of workers on procedures, policies, instructions, or other directives; checking work in progress; assuring that safety and housekeeping rules are followed; reporting to supervisors on status of work; and/or answering questions of supervisors on overall work operations and problems. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.
- I am able to perform the full range of Insulator Leader tasks.
