About the internship:

Job Title: Customer Care Intern

Location: Las Vegas, NV (or nearby)

Salary: $15-20 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Intern in Las Vegas, NV, or nearby areas. As a Customer Care Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of customer service while being based in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers in a professional and timely manner

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information

3. Event Participation: Attend a mandatory 4-day event in Las Vegas to engage with customers, participate in training sessions, and represent the company and all expenses will be paid by the company

Requirements:

1. Residency: Must live in Las Vegas, NV, or nearby areas, or be willing to relocate temporarily for the duration of the internship

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and team members
