Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. Our team members are dedicated to transforming healthcare and serving as leaders of positive change. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duties as assigned, including dispatching assignments to home care delivery technicians
• Maintain equipment and inventory, conduct physical inventory, and monitor inventory control process
• Set up and maintain bin locations, track damaged equipment, and ensure vehicles are operational
• Resolve customer service issues, adhere to regulatory standards, and assist with personnel compliance
• Assume on-call duties as necessary and demonstrate flexibility in job responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, valid Driver's License
• 2-4 years of Supervisor Experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferred: Associate Degree, Fastrack EMR experience, and logistics background
