- About the role –
HRFS Consultant works as part of a team performing Application Data Maintenance for our clients on a cloud based Human Resource Management System. The HRFS Consultant will organize and attend client calls or meetings in a supporting role to a Functional Lead.
- Responsibilities
- Communication: Conducting and participating in daily communications with Internal and External team members and Subject Matter Experts in an effective manner in order to ascertain or relay important information.
- Impact Analysis: Participating in impact Analysis for change requests or system updates proposed by the client.
- Day to day Support: Processing support tickets raised by the client for individual or mass updates within the Oracle Fusion Global Human Resource Cloud application.
- Maintaining and Improving Data Integrity: Lead trouble shooting, solutioning and finding the root cause of data issues. Analyzing and processing data monitor outputs as wells proposing and assisting in creating new data monitors. Creating Ad-hoc reports to help with Analyzing and investigating issues.
- Testing: Assists in developing system testing specifications and participates in test execution (integration and acceptance testing) by running test scenarios and assisting in resolving discrepancies to requirements.
- Documentation: Following and Maintaining system documentations including Standard Operation Procedure (SOPs)
- Automation: Assist in automation of data update requests and processes through Alteryx or similar tools.
- Qualifications – only required qualifications, not preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in one or more of the following modules: Global Human Resources, Global Payroll, Business Intelligence or Absence Management.
- Experience working with/for HR outsourcing firm
- Knowledge and/or experience with Oracle Fusion and/or PeopleSoft and/or SAP Human Resource Management Systems.
- Knowledge and/or experience with a case management system (i.e., Jira, Siebel or Workflow)

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
55,800 USDMaximum :
