We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Duties:
Interpret blue prints, program, set-up, build and inspect parts in the tool room environment.
Operate and program all CNC Mazak Lathes
Produces prototype and sample products.
Required knowledge of steels, stresses, and materials.
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding
Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures based on job requirements
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in machining preferred
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Knowledge of Okuma, Mazatrol, G Code and other conversational CNC programming required.
