Local Homebuilder is seeking a customer service oriented individual to handle warranty claims after the sale of a home, as well as be the first point of contact with homeowners.

Construction background strongly preferred - must be able to walk into a home and determine any issues and then how to solve them, while still maintaining excellent customer service.

Additional duties include contacting appropriate subcontractors, making sure that the repair happens, and then inspecting it after completion. A background in carpentry is strongly preferred.
