Summary

This is a Direct Hire Solicitation under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce.

About the Position: This position is with Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital located at Fort Johnson, Louisiana.

  • Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
  • Advanced leave accrual may be authorized.


Duties
  • Performs several types of Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) studies
  • Operates treadmill and electrocardiograph equipment during exercise stress tests.
  • Performs electrocardiograms, both standard and special forms
  • Incumbent standardizes monitoring machine, property attaches leads for accurate recording.
  • Instructs patient in procedure.
  • Records and initials patient's record of treatment and how it affects the individual's respiratory status and overall medical condition.
