Summary

This vacancy is for an IT Specialist position in the Application Development and Software Division located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. The Census Bureau is accessible from the Metro Rail Green Line - Suitland Station.

Duties
  • Plans and designs systems architecture, designs user interfaces, integrates hardware and software components, and evaluates new applications software technologies.
  • Supports subject matter users by developing or designing applications for computers and/or in selecting or assisting in selecting computer equipment.
  • Performs Scrum Master duties to effectively and efficiently work with multiple teams to deliver System/Software Products using Scrum Agile methodologies.
  • IT Customer Service to be able to responds to and resolves problems with software, hardware and systems management.
