Essential Job Description: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms, assists with hand luggage, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
Explains features of room such as operation of radio, television, and night lock, and how to place telephone calls.
Locates guests in lobby, dining room, or other parts of hotel.
Delivers messages and runs errands.
Calls taxi for guests.
Keeps record of calls for service.
Delivers packages & suitcases.
Tidies lobby and front entrance.
Transport guests safely to and from the property, carefully handling luggage.
Assist guest with storage and retrieving their luggage from the van.
Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Inform supervisor of any unusual situations or accidents immediately.
Respond with helpful info about getting around and offer suggestions for local events and activities.
Comply with all traffic safety rules and regulations.
Inspect and maintain vehicle daily for cleaning and safety issues.
Must have State of Illinois driving license and good driving record.
