L'expert Marketing en surveillance des maladies infectieuses H/F/NB (Global Senior Product Manager) sera en charge des activités de marketing amont en forte interaction avec la R&D, affaires médicales, et autres fonctions internes ou externes. Dans son rôle, il/elle promeut la valeur du produit, définit sa stratégie à moyen et long terme, définit la feuille de route du produit basée sur la voix du client et la gestion du cycle de vie dans le marché clinique mondial relatif au diagnostic clinique.

Quelle est votre mission chez bioMérieux?

  • Centraliser les connaissances du marché sur la SURVEILLANCE antimicrobienne en analysant le marché, ses moteurs de croissance, le champ concurrentiel, et représenter la voix du client (VOC) afin de s'assurer que les connaissances du marché sont partagées et intégrées dans les activités de développement produit.
  • Diriger et développer le réseau avec les expert du domaine pour soutenir l'évolution des produits. Notamment via par des visites de clients et des contacts au niveau international
  • Agir en tant que champion du produit de surveillance antimicrobienne avec un esprit d'entrepreneur. Au sein de l'unité commercial clinique, contribuer au succès commercial, notamment en en expliquant la valeur du produit et en s'assurant de l'acceptation par les clients.
  • Développer les compétences commerciales de surveillance antimicrobienne (connaissances, aptitudes et expérience) pour améliorer les performances de bioMérieux sur le marché clinique mondial.
  • Définir la stratégie marketing à moyen et long terme relative à la SURVEILLANCE antimicrobienne en élaborant, en ajustant et en exécutant le plan marketing mondial, sur la base du cadre "Marketing-for-Impact" (M4i), en définissant une stratégie de tarification adaptée à la valeur apportée aux différentes parties prenantes.
  • Définir la feuille de route et gestion du cycle de vie des produits : Définir l'offre la plus performante et fournir des décisions stratégiques pour le développement des produits, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du programme, de la R&D, du projet et des régions, en traduisant les résultats de la VOC en avantages pour le client afin de définir les exigences pertinentes en matière de développement de produits.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits et/ou de nouveaux développements afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience dans la lutte contre les résistances microbiennes via la suite logiciel bioMérieux Data Analytics Software as a Service pour la SURVEILLANCE antimicrobienne
  • Soutenir les activités de promotion et de mise sur le marché (G2M). Préparer activement le lancement du produit en effectuant les tâches attendues pour préparer le marché, et être la voix de l'équipe G2M dans l'équipe de projet pour assurer la préparation de l'offre et codiriger la réunion d'évaluation G2M. Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place de la stratégie de communication de bioMérieux ( en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing communication) pour les produits et les collaborations avant et pendant le lancement du marché.
  • Contribuer à la définition des avantages de l'ensemble des produits de notre portefeuille, y compris d'autres plateformes analytiques comme CLARION, TRENDS ; soutenir la formation pour développer les compétences commerciales en matière de surveillance, et de technologies de l'information associées.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Titulaire d'un Master 2 (ou plus, pharmacien, docteur..) en microbiologie, vous justifiez de 7 ans d'expérience minimum au sein d'un laboratoire hospitalier en microbiologie .
  • Connaissances en l'implication des données de microbiologie en santé publique.
  • Compétences en matière de présentation et de communication avancée dans un environnement B2C
  • Expérience au sein d'un comité de gestion de surveillance microbiennes et résistances associées est un plus.
  • Connaissance fonctionnelle des systèmes d'aide à la décision clinique (ICNET, Theradoc, Sentri7, Vigilanz)
  • Connaissance fonctionnelle de l'informatique, de Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des technologies de l'information de base (gestion des données, mise en réseau, HIPAA et cybersécurité).
  • Déplacements internationaux sur le terrain : minimum 25%.
