The Commercial Portfolio Products Development team (CPPD), within Global Commercial Services, is focused on designing and delivering a seamless digital experience that drives customer engagement as well as business growth. The Digital Capabilities team within CPPD team designs and delivers digital tools for middle market, large and global scale companies to effectively lead their Corporate Card programs.

We're looking for a talented and passionate Sr. Associate Product Manager to join the Expense Management Product Development group within Digital Capabilities. The role will support partner enablement and implementation as well as future development of our delivery roadmap. This Senior Associate will work to help drive our core strategic goals to increase customer satisfaction, engagement, and digital adoption across various Expense Management journeys at the customer-level.

This position will play a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of the team while also providing analytical, strategic, and thought leadership for key projects & initiatives. The ideal candidate would be a strong problem solver, who possesses the confidence and composure to successfully manage a wide range of initiatives, whilst working and collaborating efficiently across multiple teams within GCS.

A successful candidate will have experience managing digital initiatives and will collaborate with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, UX researchers, and data analysts to drive our key goals.

Key responsibilities of this Sr. Associate include but are not limited to:

Develop deep understanding of our corporate client Expense Management needs and feedback through partnership with Field, Marketing, other cross-functional teamsContribute to the Expense Management product strategy and execution of the roadmap by supporting delivery with an Agile framework through requirements refinement and feature groomingBuild strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners across AXP's Global Commercial Services organization (including Marketing, Servicing, and Sales / Account Development among others) to successfully communicate and evangelize product visionFeed the product backlog, ensuring our Engineering partners have requisites detail to interpret user stories and success criteriaPartner with product and servicing teams to assess incidents, come to a clear resolution and see the solution through.
