The Warehouse Associate is a valuable position within our organization and will make an impact by effectively processing stock and maintaining inventory. The primary focus of the Warehouse Associate is to manage stock, prepare shipping orders, and provide excellent customer service.

This position works on-site, Monday-Friday, from 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.

This is a temporary position, and the need for the position will be reevaluated after 90 days.

How you will make an impact:

Help grow the bottom line by performing warehouse activities such as collecting merchandise, transporting items, packing and receiving shipments, and operating equipment safely Serve our customers by promptly processing orders and ensuring integrity of their items Assist with inventory cycle counts and document deliveries, returns, and transfers Load and unload customer and/or vendor vehicles Maintain a clean and safe warehouse Other duties as assigned Perks & BenefitsA competitive base salary ($18 to $21 per hour DOE) 6 paid company holidays Sick pay Requirements: To qualify for this role, you must have:High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred General knowledge of operating a forklift and/or small industrial vehicles is required 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment is required Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required Valid class C driver's license To be successful in this role, you must be:Adaptable and flexible, adjusting how you perform to meet company needs and standards Provide top-notch service and serve others first Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to grow our business Have personal accountability and work with integrity Endeavor to persevere by relentlessly improving your performance and skillset Excellent with communication using a variety of platforms Able to develop and maintain productive relationships and work as a team to meet goals and expectations Able to maintain a calm manner with customers and fellow team members Able to multitask and balance varying job duties Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage
