Shifts Available, Hourly Rate and Shift Premium

Shift: 11PM to 7AM

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Shift Premium: $1 additional for Third Shift

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures correct shipment of customer orders and hazardous material orders
  • Monitors employee productivity
  • Examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures
  • Active facilitator of safety initiatives and policies
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of work
  • Assist employees with work process problems and maintain harmony among workers
  • Issues written and oral instructions
  • Assists manager by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite work -flows
Edication and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or three plus years of related experience in manufacturing and/or shipping environment
  • Computer Literacy a must, (Microsoft Office, SAP and Oracle preferred)
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Knowledge of measuring color and gloss
