Procedures: - Cardiac Surgery (Adult & Congenital), General Thoracic, CABG, Off-Pump CABG - Arterial and Redo Coronary Revascularization - Tube Thoracostomy, Pericardial Window, Tracheostomy, Thoracic Aortic Aneurysms - Flexible/Rigid Bronchoscopy - Thoracotomy Lung Biopsy/Resections/Pneumonectomy/Decorticaion - Mediastinal Surgery, Mediastinotomy and Biopsy - Surgical "Open" Aneurysm Repair, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, Mitral Valve Repair.
