The Maintenance Technician operates, repairs, and maintains the physical plant as well as other hospital equipment/systems in a safe cost effective and industry accepted manner. Also, this position assures a safe and reliable environment in which to provide medical services.
Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE. M-F 6:30am-3:00pm. No rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employee residence and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines.
- At least 3 years of work experience and/or education
- Commercial or Industrial Facilities Maintenance work experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry trades
Preferred Qualifications:
- Building Technology degree
- Healthcare maintenance experience
