The GYN OB Coordinator is responsible for coordinating department of nursing programs, projects and initiatives and serves as a consultant to other nursing and hospital departments and the Functional Units. The Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and/or evaluating defined programs/projects in the department of nursing (i.e. education, performance improvement, information systems, organizational systems, administration and human resources).

What You Will Need:

  • Master of Science (MSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Five years of clinical nursing experience with at least two years of interdisciplinary or interdepartmental program/project management experience at a nursing leadership level.
  • Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland.
