POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Pool Receptionist is to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices, and procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
• Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
• Ensure that the receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies, or equipment-related issues

MINIMUM REQUIMENTSRE:

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
