Hospice and Home Care Registered Nurses

This position is an internal traveler position with our Home Care and Hospice teams.
The position will have 2-12 week assignments in any of our regions listed below.


Sentara Enterprises is offering opportunities for experienced home care or hospice registered nurses to cover one of our 6 regional areas.

We offer the opportunity to cross-train in hospice and home care.
This is a unique opportunity to care for patients in a designated area.
Assignments will run from 2-12 weeks.
These opportunities are full-time and are determined by the needs of the region.
Positions are day, evening, and night.

Regions:
Hampton Roads, Southeastern Virginia, Greater Peninsula/Western Tidewater, Blue Ridge, Woodridge, Western Virginia Region and Eastern North Carolina.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations.
Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.

Additional experience for specialty areas may be required.
Nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications:
N-2YR - RN-Associate's Degree (Required), N-3YR - RN-Diploma (Non-degree) (Required), N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), N-6YR - RN-Master's Level Degree, N-DN - RN-Doctorate Level Degree
