Join a small, growing team of best-in-class BCBAs creating the gold standard for pediatric clients and their families. If you are a highly-skilled BCBA and believe there is an opportunity to further grow and develop your skillset as a clinician, we're looking for you. We are looking for self-driven candidates who seek to have integral roles in the development of an expanding private practice.
This position is full-time and in-person supporting our Indian Wells Center staff and families.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clientsMaintain HIPAA confidentiality at all timesAdhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situationsImplement treatment plans and track/collect data against goalsSupervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program SupervisorsSupport internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methodsSupport other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc. Maintain 30 billable hours per weekRequirementsProvide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environmentsAbility to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be neededAbility to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settingsJoin our team in the office We love collaboration and are looking for people who want to enjoy and contribute to our office culture.Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safetyPass TB test, immunizations, and background checkBilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferredExperience and QualificationsMasters in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field requiredValid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) requiredInterest and experience in working with individuals with disabilitiesDemonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their familiesCompensation and BenefitsSalary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.Medical, dental, and vision benefits, accrued sick pay, 401k available with company match and vesting scheduleQuarterly performance bonusesAnnual performance bonusesPaid drive time and mileage reimbursement at IRS standardsLeadership opportunities and opportunities for promotions and advancement based on performanceFrequent social events and team lunchesFlexible schedule (BCBA's will manage their own schedules)PandoLogic.
