About the Role

Assist the Radar project Managers with various task as directed. Maintain and communicate IMDS and Type Approval database changes. Help PM's close out action items. In this position you will communicate and have regular contact with the Software Lead, the Software development team and the Algorithm Team. We have found the PM Assistant position to be a good way for Interns to see the full scope of a project and then go into more specific area's in their next rotation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Project Manager with Tracking and organizing the project
    • Assist with tracking and submitting Type Approval documents to the customer.
    • Create/Program a Power BI report to keep track of received documents
  • Submit IMDS documents in Code Beamer
  • Help Create/Program work flows and work items in Code Beamer
  • Help organize and prepare for Project Toll Gate Reviews
  • Create/Program dashboards to help track project status
  • Assist in following up on actions
Who we are looking for
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently Attending a College or University (EE/CS Major)
  • Experience with Databases preferred
Your preferred qualifications
  • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
