Company Description

We are searching for enthusiastic interns ready to jumpstart their career in sales. The Ticket Sales and Service internship program is aimed at college students eager to gain hands-on experience in the front office of a professional sports team. This is your opportunity to support the daily operations of the Sales and Service department.

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
  • Complete projects to generate new group initiatives, theme nights, and more
  • Engage in training sessions with our Sales Academy team to enhance your sales knowledge
  • Understand the functioning of our sales/service department and how to promote and sell ticket packages
  • Create qualified sales leads through research and prospecting
  • Observe the steps in the sales process and witness it in action
  • Learn about customer service, client relations, and fan engagement in a professional setting
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in college/university
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Creative and able to solve problems effectively
  • Friendly, approachable, and skilled at engaging with others
  • Due to the nature of the entertainment industry, work hours may vary based on our requirements (including nights and weekends)
Additional Information
  • This is an unpaid internship for academic credit (documentation of credit availability is mandatory)
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
