Contract Duration: 9 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, preferably in technology-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data management, information security, and vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    What You Will Be Doing
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, dependencies, and timelines for the ABC Initiative.
    • Coordinate multiple work streams, including structured and unstructured data partitioning, access management, data conversions and migration, general ledger feeds, and screening and onboarding contract developers.
    • Monitor project timelines closely, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track.
    • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise to minimize impact on project deliverables.
    • Coordinate resources effectively to ensure adequate support for each work stream, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
    • Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Facilitate information security review meetings to assess and address security risks associated.
    • Work closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
    • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
    • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
    • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
    • Strategically engage with client personnel.
